Outplacement Consultant - Career Coach

After studying Linguistics in Berlin she worked in Personnel, Recruitment and Placement as Team Leader. In 1992 she moved to London to continue studying for a Certificate in Personnel Development and Training. For the last 15 years she has been working as a freelance Trainer and Coach for various businesses and organizations. She is a member of the Düsseldorf Examination Committee for the crafts sector, an NLP-Trainer and a certified Coach (ICI). In the area of outplacement of highly specialized and management level employees (groups and individuals), she has gathered many years of experience in various projects.
